Pre-registration is encouraged and appreciated. If you have a personal, health, and/or travel emergency which prevents you from attending, we ask that you contact us in writing seven days prior to the on-site registration of the AWC conference. The best way to reach us is by email. We will not be able to grant refunds unless requested in writing on or before seven days prior to on-site registration. As an all-volunteer board, we prefer that you register and pay online. However, if you prefer to pay by check, please address your check to AWC and mail our Treasurer Hank Henley, 7296 Bayberry Road, Helena AL 35022.

Full Conference Registration (Friday–Sunday)

$145.00 for AWC members that are either students or senior citizens
Students and senior citizens receive a $30 discount.

Salad: Craine creek lettuce with pineapple-honey vinaigrette, roasted squash and zucchini, red onion, pickled radish, toasted almonds, queso fresco
Main course: Herb roasted chicken fricassee with chasseur sauce or Black pepper and thyme roasted pork tenderloin with an orange-cayenne glaze
Sides: Gruyere au gratin potatoes & Roasted seasonal veggies
Dessert: White chocolate, cinnamon and pecan bread pudding with a brandy cream sauce.

Please note that the annual membership meeting/cruise is for AWC members and guests only. The business meeting will include an important opportunity to vote on future AWC plans. All members are encouraged to attend.
